Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for our wine industry clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager who can drive sales growth through innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media channels to promote wine products and brand.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, website content, and social media posts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media, and partners.
  • Organize and participate in wine tastings, trade shows, and other promotional events.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as Marketing Manager, preferably in wine or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for wine and deep knowledge of wine products and industry trends.
