We are seeking a talented Data Insights Analyst to leverage transactional data from our client's BI tool, Qlik, and POS systems to identify trends and deliver actionable insights that enhance sales performance across their retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, NPD, procurement, and new business development to understand their analytics needs and deliver commercial sound-led solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Design, test, document, and support applications aligned with business requirements, providing post-implementation reviews and performance reports on promotions, product pricing, and new products.
  • Build detailed dashboards and reports, offering actionable recommendations to improve marketing strategies, NPD, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
  • Conduct in-depth sales data analysis, creating insightful reports and dashboards that communicate data-driven insights across teams.
  • Identify and source relevant data from various internal and external systems to support commercial excellence initiatives.
  • Perform competitive analysis to understand the market landscape, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Map the customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve customer experience and drive loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the FMCG or quick service restaurant sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QlikSense.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate adhoc reports and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Ability to stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and consumer insights.
