About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ATM Channel Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and monitoring of the ATM channel's performance, processes, and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage MIS reports on daily basis, including ATM uptime, troubleshooting, and remedial measures.
  • Ensure quality control by analyzing customer complaints and taking corrective actions.
  • Handle client escalations and work with internal and client teams to resolve issues within short time frames.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address repeat or chronic ATM failures.
  • Maintain documented month-end plans to ensure high service levels.
  • Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine inspections and quality tests.
  • Identify and resolve workflow and production issues.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with superiors to discuss issues and proposed solutions.
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Create training materials and operating manuals.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor liaison activities.
  • Oversee vendor management and deliverables, including services, licensing, and invoices.
  • Manage overtime and ensure vendor staff rosters are in place to reduce or eliminate overtime.
  • Coordinate the flow of work, including projects and production fixes assigned to the ATM channel.
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Degree in supply chain management
  • Experience in resolving ATM-related escalations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cash and ATMs.
  • Background in ATM monitoring and vendor liaison.
  • Clear credit and criminal records.
  • Contactable via mobile phone.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Familiarity with Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
Benefits:
  • R25,000.00 to R30,000.00 gross per month.
  • R5,000.00 petrol allowance.
  • R1,500.00 airtime allowance.
