Truck Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our team at First Degree Recruitment. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in the truck sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling and prospecting for new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Structuring finance options for customers to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
  • Presenting various truck options to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Arranging and managing test drives for clients to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Completing administrative tasks related to sales and vehicle delivery to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Ensuring a professional delivery process for new or used trucks to meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the truck sales industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with preferred brands such as UD, Fuso, Mercedes, FAW, and Isuzu.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A well-developed customer database is essential for success in this role.
  • Proven ability to consistently reach and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Valid South African Driver's License and clear criminal record.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
