Job Title: Truck Parts Counter Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Parts Counter Sales Executive to join our team at Gap Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their truck parts needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize excellent sales and negotiation skills to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to make informed sales decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in truck parts sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing is highly advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
  • Contactable references and ability to provide 6 months' pay slips on request.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Monthly basic salary of up to R 25,000, negotiable based on experience.
  • Additional monthly incentives, sliding scale based.
  • Medical aid and provident fund benefits.
