Job Title: Truck Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Sales Executive to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales process for allocated strategic accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales process for allocated strategic accounts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of vehicles and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and drive sales growth, achieving or exceeding annual targets for unit sales, market share, and gross profit.
  • Ensure accurate understanding of the deal process, including deal closure, vehicle selection, delivery, and payment.
  • Manage and drive a high level of customer interaction, ensuring customers are kept up to date on new vehicle transactions.
  • Prospective customers are to be followed up at least once a week by telephone or email, and visited at least twice a month.
  • Current customers are to be telephonically contacted at least once a month, with a follow-up customer visit once a month.
Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate or Higher.
  • 5 years of new truck sales experience.
  • Sufficient knowledge on trucks and industry.
  • Must have own database.
  • Must have proven record of sales.
  • Must know Road Traffic Act and Regulations.
  • Must have HTM/Transolve experience.
  • Must be able to understand CPK and calculate in various applications.
  • Must know vehicle bodies legal and client specifications.
  • Willingness to grow and share knowledge with team.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Integrity and honesty.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Code 10 or 14 driver license can be advantageous.
