About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a E-commerce Campaign Manager position to join our team in Cape Town. As a Category Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media paid content strategy that supports the Marketing objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a campaign manager role and hold certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and DoubleClick.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media paid content strategy that supports the Marketing objectives
  • Run, optimize, and manage company's performance channels with a core focus across Paid Social and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with other departments to direct the marketing priorities that enable business success across paid social and other paid media channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial partners at an account manager level and advise on best practices across performance and organic media channels

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, and DoubleClick
  • Experience on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities with the ability to converse with all levels of management about their approach
  • A strong problem-solving and solution-orientated mindset
  • E-commerce experience

Estimated Salary: R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum.
