About the Job

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Area Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of store managers and driving sales growth, operational excellence, and compliance across multiple locations.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (third language a plus)
  • National Diploma in Retail or Business Management (tertiary qualification)
  • 35 years retail experience with process improvement and project management
  • Experience in workforce scheduling, IR matters, and health and safety compliance
  • Conducting compliance audits and ensuring store-level policy adherence
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team with high integrity and business ethics
  • Analytical thinker with initiative and the ability to communicate challenges effectively
  • High energy, consistent attendance, and ability to stand for long periods
