Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team at Oneway Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
- Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, negotiate sales agreements, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of potential customers, track sales progress, and analyze sales data to inform future sales strategies.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and build strong relationships through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and the ability to converse in various languages.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, negotiation, and organization skills.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or telecommunications industry.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer software and technology.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build new and maintain customer relationships.
