About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at EIMS. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, training, and developing a team of Tech B2B Sales Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve their sales skills and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic objectives and enhance client ROI.
  • Contribute to the development of sales planning tools and ideas with the team.
Requirements
  • 6 months+ experience in outbound B2B sales and sales management.
  • Strong written and communication skills in English.
  • Experience in coaching, training, and development of sales teams is a plus.
