We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to support a positive workforce experience by activating learning solutions and programmes. The successful candidate will provide feedback to enable proactive management and engagement of employees within the area of work, within a transformed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and integrate data to submit reports that support workforce insights, helping business and Learning and Development leaders shape decisions and enable a digitally driven Learning and Development strategy and philosophy.
  • Administer processes linked to attendance and feedback evaluation of all learning events and support the successful management of L&D initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other learning activators and learning partners to identify the usage of statistics related to learning solutions, enabling the L&D team to develop ways of increasing uptake and usage of learning solutions.
  • Utilise and integrate different technologies used to support digitally integrated learning eco-systems, such as Network Next, Degreed, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Intuition, and Visier.
  • Capture data that inform reports or further processing for all catalogue items, including skills categories, SETA categories, instructor links, venues, types of training, training costs, cancellation parameters.
  • Ensure technical compliance across the learning and development systems, actively searching for opportunities to improve and innovate systems and processes.
  • Monitor software licenses/subscriptions to ensure optimal utilisation of programme and redistribute inactive licenses to positions where they will add value.
  • Support Learning Partner/Learning Solution consultants in promoting, marketing, and activating training solutions, providing telephonic support to delegates on all training administrative and logistical issues.
  • Provide customer service, including effective communication, follow-through, and attention to detail in handling and addressing internal learner queries and providing a seamless learner experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' workplace experience within Learning and Development, with evidence of contribution to the People & Culture practice.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management/Behavioural Science/Social Science/Commerce/Occupationally Directed Education and Training Practice qualification.
  • Good understanding of Learning Governance, Risk, Regulatory, Prudential & Compliance.
  • Excellent understanding of Learning and Development financial management, including invoice spreadsheet, monitoring of invoices, and receipting of invoices on Coupa.
  • Experience in digital governance standards and technical compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
