The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human science, human resource development, or educational management science, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the learning development field.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing L&D programs to meet learning needs
- Incorporating appropriate L&D methodologies and delivery channels
