Job Title: People Learning Partner

At Deka Minas Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Learning Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess training needs and design programs that align with business objectives
  • Develop and deliver training sessions that meet the needs of our employees
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training requirements and develop training plans
  • Source and arrange internal and external training to address competency gaps
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate training data and metrics
Requirements:
  • Higher certificate or post-secondary certificate in a relevant field
  • Train the Trainer accreditation and registered assessor qualifications
  • Minimum Grade 12 with L&D or Training equivalent qualification
  • Project management skills and experience
