About the Role

This role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice, email, and live chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

You will ensure first contact resolution by troubleshooting issues and providing accurate information, update internal systems, and escalate issues where necessary.

Your primary goal will be to drive customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and helpful service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Ensure first contact resolution by troubleshooting issues and providing accurate information
  • Update internal systems and escalate issues where necessary
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and helpful service experience
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of success
  • Prior experience as a 2IC (Second-in-Command) or Team Leader is highly desirable
  • Matric qualification (Grade 12) is essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and the ability to navigate various systems effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
