About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly experienced butchery professional with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen or cruise ship environment.
  • As a Kitchen Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting in menu planning and development, taking into consideration guest preferences and dietary restrictions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and efficient meal service for guests.

Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
