The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the overall experience of our members is exceptional by providing exceptional service, support and guidance to parents and children alike.
- To manage access control and electronic systems within the Children's Club, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- To maintain accurate records and reporting of incidents, accidents or any issues related to the Children's Club.
- To effectively communicate with staff, management and parents regarding club activities, events and policies.
Requirements:
- A clear understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
