Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Sales Strategist to join our team at HR Genie. As a sales professional with a strong technical background, you will leverage your expertise to understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of our SaaS solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in various industries, utilizing research and market analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation tactics to build a robust sales pipeline, including prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions, highlighting features and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our software solutions, staying up-to-date with new features and developments, and providing expert guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant certification in sales or marketing (e.g., Certified Sales Professional).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technology and its applications.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications, with proficiency in data analysis and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
Salary:

R 450,000 - R 550,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
