Sales Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and close deals, resulting in increased revenue and business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide informed and effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to drive results.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a phone-based or telesales environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closure.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in using sales software and technology, such as CRM systems.
