  • Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries and issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and branch management teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
