As a Hotel Receptionist with Omega Human Capital, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Out: Efficiently check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed.
  • Reservations Management: Handle phone and online reservations, confirming bookings and managing room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite and attentive manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments accurately, verify credit card information, and maintain financial records.
  • Information Provision: Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance their stay.
  • Communication: Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests and special requests are fulfilled.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain an organized front desk area, manage messages for guests, and balance cash at the end of shifts.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in hospitality management is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in hotel management software
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure
    • Multilingual skills are an advantage

Work Environment:

This position requires working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role demands a friendly demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere for guests.
