We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Isilumko Staffing. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide information to clients, customers, and employees.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, handle inquiries, and assist with scheduling appointments and conference room bookings.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) are essential for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is essential.
  • Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional certification in Office Management or a related field is a plus.
