  • Coordinate equipment and facility maintenance, inventory management, and ordering.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, monitoring guest feedback and responding promptly to comments and requests.
  • Prepare reports and updates for spa software, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Oversee facility scheduling and efficient reservation booking, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement internal marketing, promotions, and merchandising strategies to drive business growth.
  • Perform retail and sales services, as well as phone and front desk reservations.
Requirements:
  • Matric certification and relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position within the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of approximately 25 staff members.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to manage departmental budgets.
  • Strong skills in drafting and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
