Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our remote team at Sagan.

Salary Range: Up to $1,000 USD per month (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot product and service issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and CRM updates as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.
  • Contribute valuable feedback on common customer issues to help improve processes and product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) and communication tools (e.g., Slack, VOIP).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, empathy, patience, and effective time management.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
