Strategic Market Expansion Specialist

We value each team member as an integral part of our success story. As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to develop your skills and contribute to the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to identify sales targets and key opinion leaders.
- New Business Development: Present our products and services to new clients and build relationships with existing ones.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop strategies for specified markets and provide input on key market trends.
- Event Planning: Organize webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
- Client Relations: Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
- Networking: Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts and attend major industry events.
- Activity Documentation: Document business development activities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
- Experience in business development in the CFD brokerage industry, with a proven track record of success;
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services, particularly in CFD trading;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Strong negotiation and sales skills;
- Experience with CRM systems and other business development tools;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the CFD brokerage industry.
