The Opportunity:

The Bay Hotel is seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant to join our team of extraordinary individuals. As an Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative and executive functions of our hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling, managing communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee office administration tasks to ensure efficient operation.
  • Assist with event planning, client liaison, and project management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role or field of experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
