**About the Role**

Frogg Recruitment SA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join their team in Cape Town.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in providing executive-level support, with a strong focus on administration, operations, and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the Executive's diary and all arrangements
  • Assist with admin and operational requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and functions
  • Type correspondence, annotated emails, minutes of meetings, and presentations
  • Compile tender documents
  • Manage petty cash according to company policy and procedure guidelines
  • Deal with customer complaints and queries, escalating and resolving them in a timely manner

**Requirements:**

  • Matric and an administration or business-related diploma/degree or similar qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-end level role
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Advanced PowerPoint experience for presentations and reports
  • High level of typing and minute-taking experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines

**Estimated Salary:** R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
