Job Title: High Level Security Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled High Level Security Manager to join our team at KMCK Talent Sourcing.

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional who has extensive knowledge of security practices, risk management, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring that all company protocols are followed.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security management, with experience in threat and risk assessments, client liaison, manpower management, and equipment management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing security advice to clients
  • Conducting threat and risk assessments
  • Liaising with clients and managing professional relationships
  • Managing manpower and equipment resources
  • Dealing with and resolving client complaints
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
  • Managing incidents and investigations
  • Ensuring adherence to company disciplinary codes
  • Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings
  • Fostering a culture of health and safety

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage long hours if required. A clean disciplinary, criminal, and credit record is essential, as well as a valid driver's license (code 8) and PSIRA certification (Grade A).
