Operations Coordinator

At iOCO Infrastructure Services, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes and handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and serviceability of our operations with minimal disruption.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve problems and improve our processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our operations.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to our management team.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree or diploma in a related field, ITIL Foundation certification, and customer support skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to client sites.
