We are seeking a highly motivated and organized German-speaking Trip Coordinator to join our team at ABC Worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing trips for our international guests, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm ground services with partners and reconfirm all services before the start of a trip to ensure everything is booked as promised.
  • Liaise between guests and partners to execute trips and deliver on the experiences promised by our travel consultants.
  • Provide prompt, courteous service to guests by applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to their problems.
  • Coordinate with different departments to prepare necessary arrangements pre and post-trip.
  • Brief guests about their upcoming experience and act as the single point of contact for guests on their trip.
  • Handle issues, cater to special requests, plan surprises, and provide regular follow-ups with guests.

Requirements:

  • Quick learner with outstanding mental agility and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong self-drive and intrinsic motivation to be the best you can, with high self-organization and attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in tourism.
