Business Development Executive

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Research and identify new target markets and opportunities for business development.
  • Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and present proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the Property industry, with a background in business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Property industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
