We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Western Cape, where you will be responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring seamless call routing, and providing accurate information to visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors
  • Ensure effective call routing, directing messages to the relevant individuals in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and callers via phone and in-person

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with our finance department to assist with expense creditors, including creating orders, capturing invoices, and resolving supplier queries.

You will also be responsible for performing other administrative tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum requirement of Matric
  • Post-Matric qualification is advantageous

In terms of experience, we require at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in reception or a similar role, preferably in an administrative or management position.
