Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative day-to-day support to various departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with policies and process standards.
  • Aid in office coordination, including correspondence, filing, telephonic queries, and general administration support.
  • Support meeting arrangements, take minutes, and distribute them accordingly.
  • Administer records management and filing processes according to the RAF filling plan.
Requirements:
  • Matric or Grade 12 certificate.
  • Relevant 1 year's experience in an administrative environment.
Technical Competencies:
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Location:

This position is based in South Africa.

Estimated Salary:

R240,000 - R320,000 per annum.
