Learning Support Manager

The Programme For Technological Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Subject Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' teaching experience in the relevant subject and grade level, as well as effective communication skills in English and any other African language, and basic computer literacy skills and the ability to use online teaching platforms.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting school support visits, training teachers on the appropriate use of educational resources, developing teacher training materials/manuals, and generating PowerPoint presentations for teacher training workshops.
You will also be responsible for preparing and managing pre- and post-tests for both learners and teachers, generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and aligning all training with CAPS/ATP plans.
Requirements:
- Accredited teacher's qualification with a minimum of an honors degree.
- Assessor and Moderator accreditation will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' teaching experience in the relevant subject and at an appropriate grade.
- Effective communication skills in English and any other African language.
- Basic computer literacy skills and ability to use online teaching platforms.
