Welcome to Learning Lab Apps, a leading edtech company dedicated to making learning fun and effective for students across South Africa. We are currently seeking a Senior Support Lead to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Job

This is a senior-level position that requires a seasoned support professional with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. As the Senior Support Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also leading a team of support agents to ensure seamless delivery of services.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Designing and executing plans to improve customer engagement and retention.
  2. Providing coaching and guidance to support agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should also have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and empowerment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
