Welcome to Learning Lab Apps, a leading edtech company dedicated to making learning fun and effective for students across South Africa. We are currently seeking a Senior Support Lead to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the JobThis is a senior-level position that requires a seasoned support professional with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. As the Senior Support Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also leading a team of support agents to ensure seamless delivery of services.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and executing plans to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Providing coaching and guidance to support agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should also have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and empowerment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
