Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As an IT Candidate Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top IT talent to our clients. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to ensure that the best candidates are matched with the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify top IT talent for our clients.
  • Screening: Conduct detailed candidate interviews, assessing their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles, to ensure the best matches.
  • Databases Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry, to provide expert advice and insights to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to Recruitment Consultants and management, facilitating informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment or IT-related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles and technologies, or a passion for learning about the tech industry, to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing, to leverage technology effectively.
  • Motivated: A self-starter with a positive attitude, driven by a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
