Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Complex SEO Strategies: Own and implement advanced SEO strategies that align with our broader business and marketing goals across multiple clients or product lines.
- Lead Technical SEO Initiatives: Lead advanced technical SEO audits, mobile-first optimization, Core Web Vitals improvements, schema markup implementations, and site migration projects. Ensure all technical recommendations are based on SEO best practices and the latest algorithm updates.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between the digital marketing team and other departments, including content, development, and marketing teams. Provide clear, actionable SEO recommendations and ensure seamless execution across departments.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use advanced data analytics to refine SEO strategies, identifying gaps, trends, and growth opportunities by leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Stay at the forefront of industry developments, experimenting with new digital marketing tactics (AI-driven content optimization, voice search, visual search, etc.) and introducing scalable, innovative strategies that enhance organic search performance.
- Client-Facing Strategy Ownership: Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, presenting digital marketing strategies, reports, and insights. Guide clients on digital marketing's role in the broader business strategy, ensuring the alignment of expectations with performance outcomes.
- Team Mentorship and Thought Leadership: Mentor junior digital marketing specialists and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the digital marketing team. Serve as a thought leader, presenting at industry events and contributing to EyeCarePro's reputation as a global digital marketing authority.
- Digital Project Management: Lead and manage multiple digital marketing projects with varying complexity, ensuring timely and flawless execution. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and the quality of deliverables.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Technical SEO Mastery: Deep knowledge of all aspects of technical SEO, including structured data, hreflang tags for international and local SEO, crawl budget optimization, and JavaScript SEO.
- Analytics & Data Mastery: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Site Migrations & Large-Scale Digital Projects: Proven experience managing complex technical projects, ensuring minimal impact on digital marketing performance.
- Competitor Analysis & Market Research: Expertise in performing advanced competitor and market analysis to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Soft Skills:
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead digital marketing initiatives from concept to execution, aligning digital marketing strategy with broader business objectives.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Creative thinker who can experiment with new ideas and develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex digital marketing concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing priorities are embedded in all business projects.
- Experience:
- 7-10+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record of driving business growth and leading digital marketing projects for large global brands or multiple high-profile clients.
- Project Management in Digital Marketing: Experience leading complex, large-scale digital marketing projects that involve multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday
