**About the Role**:
As a Sales Trainer at LegalWise, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our sales team. Your main responsibility will be to design and deliver impactful training solutions that align with our business goals, fostering a high-performance sales environment. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery & Development**:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs that address soft skills, communication, compliance, time efficiency, work ethic, and product/system knowledge.
- Onboard new sales agents by initiating training, establishing coaching plans, and providing necessary resources.
- Identify training needs and common errors through observation, sales report analysis, and consultations with leadership.
- Regularly assess and update training methods to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
**Training Logistics & Enhancement**:
- Create and manage training schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Develop Unit Standard-aligned training materials and manuals.
- Propose improvements to training solutions and materials based on feedback.
- Gather and analyze participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
**Training Reporting & Administration**:
- Track and report all training activities systematically.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in the learner management system (LMS).
- Design and develop feedback forms to capture valuable insights.
**Leadership & Coordination**:
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that training aligns with the desired outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with relevant teams to ensure the effective delivery of training.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Completed bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in learning and development.
- Accreditation as a Skills Development Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of training experience in a sales call centre environment.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Proficiency in reading and writing English, with fluency in at least one other official African language.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Results-driven with impressive administrative, planning, and time management skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and capable of delivering exceptional outcomes despite obstacles.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to relocate at your own cost.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport required.
- Willingness to travel.
- ITC/criminal check and applicable psychometric assessments will be required.
