Your Next Career Opportunity - Administrative Assistant I
The Business Development Administrative Assistant I is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development Department, handling administrative tasks and providing customer service. The incumbent will require meticulous record-keeping and reporting skills. This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, including tenant lease administration, a strong communication capability, receiving and forwarding communications, taking care of more general clerical duties and ensuring administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
What You Will Do - Primary Responsibilities
- Populate addendums and contracts if required
- Ensure accuracy of documentation, both legal and financial before sending to clients by liaising with the finance and legal departments and the Business Development Director
- Deliver addendums and contracts to clients and follow up on progress
- Co-ordinate signature of addendums and contracts by SBA and ensuring it is delivered to clients
- Maintain and distribute various trackers, logs and schedules to all parties involved
- Prepare correspondence, proposals and documents
- Assist in preparing presentation materials
- Assist with general Business Development due diligence
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need - Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Afrikaans preferred
- H.S. Diploma/GED Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration o related field of study required;
