The following tasks will be your main priority:

- Capturing of invoices and transfers between multiple stores
- Capturing mid-month and month-end stock takes, finalizing discrepencies and publishing GP reports
- Weekly payroll of staff, including monthly SARS and DoL documentation
- Weekly payments to suppliers and recon with supplier statements and credit notes
- Maintenance of employee records / contracts
- Assist BOH management with ad-hoc admin duties
- Assist Senior Accountant with ad-hoc admin duties
- Assist Company Director with ad-hoc admin duties

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 5 years (required)
