Bookkeeper/financial Administrator

**Duties**
Management of the General Ledger/ Journal entries
Prepare and review accruals and prepayments
Monthly Management Accounts
Forecasting including cashflow
Monthly bank reconciliations
Monthly bookkeeping process
Checking of purchase orders
Processing of Creditors
Debtors Reconciliations
Petty Cash Reconciliations
Invoicing
General administrative functions
Annual budget preparation in conjunction with management team
Manage external relationships with suppliers, investors, & customers
Assisting Financial Manager and Accountants with the completion of various statutory requirements
Company payroll and expenses followed by PAYE submission
**Requirements**:
Degree or diploma in financial management Bookkeeping or other related qualification
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAGE accounting/payroll
5 years’ experience
**Skills**
Very strong communication skills
Excellent time management
Clear and concise communicator
Capable of handling pressure
Driven to provide excellent accuracy
Thorough understanding of legislated requirements
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
