RCL Foods invites you to be a part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in **Westville. **We're seeking a skilled **Talent Acquisition Officer **to join us on a **6-month Fixed Term Contract.** At RCL Foods, we believe in growing what matters - and that includes our people.

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, managing the full lifecycle. A key focus of the role is to deliver an efficient, proactive recruitment service that aligns with our values in action and objectives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Are you experienced in the following?**

Manage 360 recruitment process for highly specialist and management level roles.

Build and maintain exceptional professional partnerships with HR team.

Provide recruitment progress reports and updates to Talent Acquisition Manager, HRBP’s/HRP.

Multitask in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information.

Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBP’s/HRP to understand recruitment needs.

Advertise approved positions via e-recruitment and social media platforms.

Ensure recruitment procedures comply with company policy.

Build a proactive recruitment pipeline using LinkedIn tools.

Source talent through effective Boolean search strings.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**What you need**:
Matric & Relevant Business/Human Resources qualification

Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in an FMCG / Logistics / Supply Chain environment, with exposure to recruitment for Middle Management and Specialized roles (ie. IT, Legal, HR, Procurement, Risk & Compliance).

Proficiency in social media (particularly Linkedin), e-recruitment tools and ATS platforms.

Strong experience in analysing payslips and drafting salary proposals.

Experience in recruitment agency / RPO and inhouse is preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Solid experience with preparing remuneration offers and understanding remuneration packages.

Drivers' license and own vehicle.

PowerBI experience will be advantageous.
