- Emphire agency is in growth mode and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work on a remote contract basis with our Canadian headquarters. Your role will be to help source talent for open vacancies.

**Responsibilities**
- Researching available Sales talent for vacancies using the technology tools we provide, including social networking platforms and database access.
- Contacting talent about open positions, screening for qualifications and interest.
- Attain KPI (key performance indicator) targets set out weekly
- Work from your home office, and attend daily team meetings via phone and video
- Work directly with the Co-Founders of the business

**Experience/Skills**
- You are goal-oriented, highly sociable, driven, and looking for a contract opportunity with solid earning potential
- You have the ability to work from home, with broadband internet and phone access
- You don’t shy away from a highly extroverted role, talking to multiple people daily via video and phone
- You are highly competent with software and IT tools, and social networking.
- You are 100% fluent in written and spoken English.
- Post secondary education preferred.

**Compensation package**
- Contract opportunity only, as you’ll be working remotely for a Canadian firm.
- Approximately 15,000 to 18,000 ZAR per month plus bonuses.
