**Front Office Coordinator**

**BROAD OUTLINE OF DUTIES**

Supervises Reception/Night Audit staff to ensure the courteous and efficient welcoming and departing procedures. Supervises and completes Front Office administration in accordance with set procedures. Required to work reception and duty management shifts.

Responsible for training of Front Office staff in conjunction with the General Manager.

To ensure that a courteous and efficient service is provided to the guest in line with the Company’s vision, values and fundamentals.

**LEVEL OF FORMAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OR TRAINING**
- Grade 12.
- National Diploma Hospitality Management/C&G Diploma/Equivalent.
- Computer literacy is essential particularly with a proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE IN JOB ADVERTISED**

Applicant must have held a position in a front office environment for at least 1 year.
