**THE JOB AT A GLANCE**

As the Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for engaging in service-related queries from internal and external stakeholders and providing relevant business information and solutions.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Resolve all escalated queries from Contact Centre Agents within specified timeframes
- Resolve Queries from other Internal and External parties
- Process Medical Invoices from TEBA and Care Facility
- Assist with Discovery Health data information
- Maintain Client service quality standards
- Ad hoc duties as requested and responded to in the stipulated time frame
- Follow up on customer queries where necessary
- Proactively identify potential problem areas
- Assist with Performing Quality Control in the department for all users on a monthly basis
- The 360 and end to end processing of the medical benefits procedure in accordance to agreed upon standards and timelines
- The continuous assessment, analysis of the processes and procedures with the overarching goal of continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness
- The management of the process of all customer service queries from other departments

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?**
- Relevant diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in relevant field
- Experience in a quality control environment
- Medical invoice experience advantageous
- IT proficiency
- ICD 10 Coding
- Knowledge of SAMA, COID, RPL, ICD10 coding and Nappi Codes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume workload
