**area.** We are looking to recruit a **Manager: Technical Relationships**

**Role Objectives**:
To provide operational support to the Relationship management team through:

- Liaison with internal and external partners
- Analysis of business information
- Planning and Coordination of meetings
- Identification and Resolution of service related challenges
- Accurate reporting
- Technical support to broker partners

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to

competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Provide timeous feedback to partners for service and technical related matters
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet

their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key

account metrics

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- 3 or more years business analysis experience
- Minimum 5 years insurance related work experience essential
- Minimum 3 years Motor Technical work experience essential
- Prior relationship/ stakeholder management experience will serve as an advantage
- Data analytical skills
- Audatex system knowledge

**Educational Requirements**:

- Matric - essential
- Motor Technical qualification - essential
- A tertiary qualification in business and/or insurance will serve as an advantage
