- Assist with recruitment and orientation activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR records (electronic and otherwise).
- Assisting in preparation for annual audit and BBBEE records
- ensuring all records are updated, filed correctly, and are easily accessible
- Provide support with Training and Development records and feedback forms.
- Assisting in Scheduling of HR related meetings, finalizing agenda and minute taking.
- Assist with special projects.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
