HR Assistant

Currently we are searching for a HR Assistant for Durban, South Africa.
**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Ensure control and efficient management of HR Manager’s office by assisting with appointments, diary management, incoming and outgoing correspondence, co-ordinating internal / external events and compiling presentations.
Capture, update and maintain HR system information and other databases.
Assist with administrative tasks in terms of HR processes i.e. recruitment, sign-on processes, talent management, stakeholder relations.
Assist with the co-ordination of meetings, diary management, issuing parades etc.
Assist contractor management, conduct Dover assessments and other relevant administrative duties i.e. record keeping; managing electronic filing system, ensuring payments of accounts.
Reception area duties i.e. ensuring proper screening processes are followed etc.
**Requirements of this Post**:
NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resources Management is essential.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources environment.
Must be detailed conscious with good problem solving
- and time management skills.
Knowledge of relevant labour law legislation and HR systems.
Sound communication-, interpersonal
- and administrative skills essential.
