Reporting to : Sales Manager
To manage and maintain current Regional Accounts, ensure new business development, oversee Sales Agents and manage relationships with end-users to achieve business objectives
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Experience in Food Service / Bakery manufacturing and sales, with a bit of a technical background.
- The ability to work independently
- The ability to travel and sleep out when required to do so.
- Have B2B ( AT BUYER/OWNER LEVEL), retail and wholesale experience ( Sore manager, buyer and DC level)
- Must be good with numbers, Word and Excel (MUST KNOW FORMULARS)
- Must be doing sales of more than 1 million rands per month currently
- Must have a reliable car and valid licence
- Worked with forecasting of stock/Products
- Been able to travel long distances
- Stay outs when in country arears while visiting customers
- Knowledge of forecasting and be able to maintain a healthy forecast with each customer
- New customer sourcing
- Ability to have difficult customers
- Been able to manage customer satisfaction on going
- Basic Finance back ground
- Excel, word and Power point background
- Route planning
- Negotiation skills
