Workshop & Rentals Order Clerk / Administrator

**Role Overview**
To ensure that the workshop and rental department operate well.
**Key Performance Areas: Core Functions**
- Workshop_
- Filing
- Purchase order requests (buy out paperwork)
- Repair book ins; spreadsheet & paperwork for WMS transfers.
- Follow up on customer repairs and order numbers
- Validations
- License disc requests
- Job card assistance & arts orders
- Assist with weekly wages and overtime spread sheets.
Rentals
- Prepare spreadsheets
- Balancing (Weekly & Monthly)
- Administration
- Quotations & orders
- Sub hire payment registrations
Other
- Switchboard
- New supplier paperwork
**Qualifications, Experience and Requirements**
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous
- 4 years’ experience
- Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Microsoft Office
- Planning skills
- Telecommunication
- Good English, written and spoken
- Administrative Orientation
- Skilled in coordinating deliveries
- Ability to perform duties and deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R17,500.00 per month
