We are seeking an Administrative Clerk to assist with various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with general office duties.

Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper.

Assist in the preparation of documents and reports.

Data entry and record-keeping tasks.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Proven experience as an administrative clerk, office assistant, or similar role.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices and bookkeeping.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Grade 12 Certificate, additional certification in office administration is a plus.

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)
